Important things to remember when booking a party:

  • All deposits are non-refundable
  • Parties may be rescheduled for free if rescheduled up to 2 days before the party
  • All jumpers are required to sign a waiver prior to jumping.
  • Additional party jumpers: $25 each
  • Please arrive 15-20 minutes before booked time. If your guests arrive late, they will not be able to make up for missed jump time.
  • No piñatas, glitter, or confetti allowed. Parties that leave a significant mess will be subject to a $25 clean up fee. Normal clean-up is included.
  • We allow limited outside food items for booked parties. These include cake, cupcakes, chips, and fruit and veggie platters. Please note, if you do not have a booked party, you cannot bring in cake or cupcakes or have a party in our lobby area. All other items must be purchased on site.
